Sample Sentence with 触り

触り (sawari: touch; feel; impression (of a person); most impressive passage; punch line)

この曲の触りの部分を聞くと決まって涙が出てくる。
Kono kyoku no sawari no bubun o kiku to kimatte namida ga dete kuru.
Whenever I listen to the most impressive part of the song, tears start falling from my eyes.

(kyoku: tune, piece of music)
部分 (bubun: part)     part + division
(ki(ku): to listen)
(ki(maru): to be certain)
(namida: tears)
(de(ru): to come out)

My friend added this note: One may assume that the most impressive part of a song or of another art form may differ for people, but 触り refers to the part that is universally accepted as the most impressive. In other words, it is an objective matter.
