Having troubles catching what was said

I took up the Ultimate Beginners Japanese package and I am still going through them. Here's what I facing right now. I am having troubles catching what was said. I have all the vocabs. Just that I could not understand what was said. But when spoken slowly, I can catch the words.

Anybody is having this problem. How to familiarize yourself to the spoken Nihonggo?
