ざっそうをひきぬく
zassō o hikiniku

In romaji guys, you used ni but in hiragana you put down nu, which really confuse me... so which one is correct, or both of them are?

When I listen to native speaker I can hear it is pronounced as nuku not niku, I learned hiragan briefly few days ago so it may be some sort of exception I don't know about but I preferred to check first here. Sorry if I used the wrong sub forum for this.

ざっそうをひきぬく is correct and the romaji is incorrect: it should say "zassou o hikinuku".

Hiragana is a completely phonetic writing system so there aren't any exceptions. Well, that's not quite true: there are two exceptions and they're both particles. The particle 'wa' is written with は, not わ, and the particle 'e' is written with へ, not え.
