Postby Ryokushin » October 29th, 2008 5:07 am

Hello, Mina-san

I just finished a website about the Tale of the 47 Ronin and I just want to share my passion for this samurai story with you all.

You can visit my site at this adress: http://www.47ronins.com

Enjoy!

PS: If you can help spread the word, dont be shy! ;-)

I wrote a 29 page thesis comparing it to Hamlet in terms of how they reflect societal gender roles.

Perhaps an interesting tale, but it's kind of a long, and slightly boring, play.

I've read this story in a book that I love, called Tales of Old Japan. It's a nice story, or would be, if it didn't happen for real.
