I'm not much of of an anime-series fan especially not that hokey-pokey kids stuff, but I liked Fullmetal Alchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi), Cowboy Bepop and Samurai Champloo. Plus the occasional Gundam Wing..

Favorite movies: too much...8)
Top of the list is Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi), seen that about 10 times now. Princess Mononoke (Mononoke-hime) is wonderful too. But I also liked Ghost in the Shell, and Roujin Z made me laugh!
Recent favorite: Paprika...it's a wonderfully weird trip!

My favorite anime is Nodame. I also really enjoyed Nana and hope they decide to air a second season. Ouran High School Host Club was really good.

I saw Freedom recently. The story is good enough to keep you interested, but the 3D animation is what really impressed me. Looks great in 1080p 8)

Hi everyone. Just another anime fan compelled to learn the language itself.

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu... ^^'

I like dark, suspense stories (when a good one presents itself), but also comedies or love comedies. Not a big fan of the action/shounen stuff unless it's really well written.

Some (of a long list) of favorite Anime:
Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Welcome to the NHK, Monster, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Death Note, Azumanga Daioh, Kanon, Clannad, Maison Ikkoku, FMP: Fumoffu , Lovely Complex, and so on...

Favorite Manga:
Genshiken, Chobits, Higurashi

PS: If thought about it being my name on the forum/comments, I'd have picked something less charming. XD

I have. It's good as well. =) I always seem to opt for the manga when I want to revisit the series though. Having the first part on DVD, the second part being packaged with the spinoff, the third on fansub, and the rest not being animated probably contributes to that choice. XD

My top 5 right now would be:
1. Naruto
2. Soul Eater
3. Bleach
4. Hagane no Renkinjutsushi
5. Fairytale

Anyway, there are so many more I´d like to watch/wach again. Basilisk, Air, Death note, Valkyria Chronicles or Ouran High school host club (among tons of others). They are wonderful ^^
