Japanese text (Lyrics) disappered on iPhone

I have been listening the feed on my iPod nano and the Japanese Lyrics displayed with no issues, recently I migrated to a iPhone which also have iPod build-in but could not display any of the Japanese Lyrics anymore.

anyone have any experience with iPhone with PodCast ?

i haven't used an iPhone, but i have tried an iPod Touch.
unless they've done a good job of hiding the lyrics, it seems that the iPod Touch doesn't support lyrics... i can't understand why they would leave out a feature that is supported by iTunes and previous versions of iPod.

i'm going to check apple's tech forum now...

iTouch and iPhone don't support lyrics.

ok.. i've ante-d in the enhancement. i wanna get the feeling that when they actually implement that, i had a small hand in it. =D

Maybe it is the new software upgrade, but I am able to view the text as the lesson plays. No center butt=on, but just tap the screen. At least lessons 1, 2, & 3, I see kanji, katakana and romanji with the english translation

Yeah, lyrics support was added in firmware 1.1.3.
