I´m also looking for deleting my account, can´t find it! And I will stop using it, but I want my account completely gone too.
They won´t answer my mail either when I ask. :(

Mina-san!

I have a question! I'm curious to know why you guys want to delete your JP101 account? Your giving up your Japanese studies here at JP101? I will be really ashamed of myself to quit because I don't have time or whatever! JP101 is the best website for learning Japanese so if I were in your shoes I should consider it carefully. :orz::ooen:

Hi jeyjom4599,
When did you send your e-mail? I know they get back to everyone with these kind of account issues, but sometimes it takes a few days due to the volume of e-mail received, so if it was sent recently, please wait a little while longer. If you still do not hear anything, please try e-mailing again or posting here.

I would also like to delete my account and I can't find this anywhere on the site.

I'm pretty sure it's called a "lifetime account" for a reason. You can't delete it, but I do think you could get refunds if you had Basic/Premium going on. Besides, it would be so cumbersome if you deleted your account and then wanted it later...

You won't be charged anything just by signing up to our site - only if you purchase a Basic or Premium subscription. If you don't want to use your account anymore, you don't have to do anything.
If you would still like to have your account deleted, however, please e-mail us at and include your username and e-mail address you used to register.
Thank you!

I just want the notifications from japanesepod101 to stop appearing in my gmail and I'd like to delete my account on this. Mainly because I don't really want to take any lessons anymore.
