Export core 2000

Postby muzzamo » September 4th, 2011 11:49 pm

Hi,

What is the easiest way to export the entire Core 2000 (or a chosen subset of it), I want to get it into a format that I can use with my flashcard program of choice.

Thanks

I'm not sure if they are the same core vocabulary as jPod's but you can download a Core 2000 and Core 6000 list here, including audio and examples.

It's a tab delimited file. If you are comfortable with databases you can probably extract whatever you want to suit your flashcard program. It seems set up for Anki if that's your flashcard program of choice.

murraywaters,

If you add the Core 2000 to your WordBank, you will be able to export it from there :) There is an option at the top that says Export My Wordbank, and you have the option to export it to PDF, CSV, or XML format. I hope this helps! :ue:
