Kana Recognition Practice stopped working

At this link;

it used to work fine for me, with audio feedback for correct pronunciation.
Now it just keeps resetting and doesn't work anymore.

I seem to have everything set up properly.
The response and audio feedback at this other link seems to work okay;

Any suggestions, please?

I just double-checked the Kana Recognition Practice with audio feedback.
It is working daijobu again.
