Premium Learning center "Lesson Not Found"

Postby pervbate » June 23rd, 2010 12:17 pm

I am a Premium subscriber. Why is it when I click on Premium Learning Center for any of the recent lessons, the message says, "Lesson Not Found"? Everything works fine up to most recent video, but the last weeks worth of lessons, I'm getting this message. Why? Thanks.

Thanks

I saw the issue and have fixed the links for the Premium Learning Center for the 3 most recent lessons. Thank you for letting us know! I couldn't find any other affected lessons, but please let me know if you run into this problem again.

Hi again,

The lessons are fixed, but I am still getting the same problem with the newer lessons. The latest Throwback Thursday, and the new Video lessons are still having the same problem.

Thanks,

Joe

Thank you for letting us know - it seems to be a deeper problem than I originally thought. The tech team is looking into it at the moment and it should be fixed soon. Thank you for your patience :)

Still receiving "lesson not found" messages...

Postby williamst4334 » June 28th, 2010 2:49 pm

I'm also receiving the same messages that the premium lesson "is not found" for lessons as recent as yesterday (6/27/10).

Premium lesson not found again

Postby pervbate » July 20th, 2010 12:42 am

Hello, the bug is back. The latest Lower intermediate lesson and latest Beginner lessons have the 'Lesson Not Found' message when clicking on Premium Learning Center.
To access these lessons, I have to go to the Premium learning center from other lessons and use the drop down menu for browsing for lessons.

It's bugging out again. The latest beginner lesson #15 is saying "Lesson Not Found" when clicking on the Premium Learning Center.
