Chaning my feed

I want to change my Myfeed settings to include other options, e.g. the new Yojijukugo items, but I can't see how to do it. It looks like my only option is to drop the one I have now set up a complete new feed and download everything all over again! Say it ain't so!

I think at the My Feed page step 3 where it has "Enter a unique name for your My Feed:" that you can give it a different name like Yojijukugo and it would be place in a separate iTunes folder with that name. Please try, does it work?
