Can't look at video lessons

Hi. I'm a premium subscriber but can't seem to get the video lessons. I click on the link and nothing happens! What am I missing here? Also, I can't get the hiragana and kanji in the premium learning centre line by line service on my home PC. On the PC at work I can - but then I have to work and can't really use it at work. Can anyone help me with these problems? Thanks very much. Deborah

It sounds as if you don't have the quicktime plugin installed.

Try googling for 'quicktime alternative' which is a plugin that allows you to play quicktime files without having to install the quicktime player itself.
