Video and Voice not working

I'm having problems with the premium video and the flash imbedded voice playback.
The video crashes I.E 7 and Firefox. I have the lastest QuickTime video 7.4.1.
What is the solution?

The voice recording does not record. Microphone is set up and working properly with Windows XP.
