Last week I had yet another form to fill in on entry to Japan. Besides the landing card and customs declaration there is now a Flu (H1N1) questionnaire.
Do you have symptoms? Have you been in contact with anyone with symptoms? What are your address and phone number details for the next ten days?
On entry you get thermographed and hand in the form.
No idea what happens if you have been in contact with anyone with flu or If you have any symptoms yourself.
