One thing, regarding the sentence, 1) What is your name?
あなたの 名前は 何 ですか。
Although the Japanese sentence is grammatically correct, it’s not actually used.
Japanese people don’t like direct expressions so I avoid them.
Therefore, please use just ‘お名前は?’
That is not a completed sentence however, that is enough for Japanese native speakers.
