Happy Halloween in Japanese

Postby spinozza » October 29th, 2006 10:51 pm

How would one say Happy Halloween in Japanese?

I want to send an e-card to someone on the 31st.

ハロウェーンおめでとうございます would this be correct?

I realize that Japanese people don't say this, lol.

I found these 2 in my dictionary

A: ハローウィンおめでとう。 Happy Halloween.
A: 楽しいハローウィンを。 Wishing you a Halloween filled with fun.

Your version is correct except for the ェ instead of ィ to give ee sound.

Yahoo Japan seems to use the English on thier e-cards
