I was playing FFXIII the other day and the characters would say "それ" (sore) when attacking. Does this mean something along the line of "take that"? It's kind of bothering me to not know 100%.

Basically “sore” means “that”however, I have never done the game so I am not sure about it in the context.
It might be a stirring shout….
