こんにちは!
I have a question regarding the word 家. When is it pronounced いえ and when うち ?

I like reading Japanese texts with furigana or, sometimes, an audio track you can read along with. I can't claim to have read enough to be any kind of authority, but 家 is a common word and in all the times I've come across it, it's always been pronounced いえ. I haven't yet come across a single instance of it being pronouned うち. So I'd suggest you assume it's いえ unless you've a good reason to think it might be うち.

ありがとうございます。

ありがとうございます is actually a comment on the kindness that someone has shown you, so you can't use it to mean "thanks in advance". But よろしくおねがいします does the job nicely!

マイケルさん、
今日は。
insidious.environmentさんの質問に答えてくれてありがとうございます。

insidious.environment san,
konnichiwa. マイケルさん helped you a lot didn’t he?
In addition,
いえ indicates “actual building, house”.
On the other hand うち indicates “original place and home”.
