Pretty much what the title says: How do I read/pronounce 「20°C」 in Japanese?

I would typically say "ni juu do". The do/どis the Japanese counter for degrees of temperature. I usually drop the celsius (seshi/sesshi) as it's not required unless you're talking to an American Japanese :)
