I have posted a first sample of my index for the new Halpern kanji against the kanji of Conning's 2013 Kodansha Kanji Learner's Course.

All 2300 should appear in a day or two once I have finished validating a sample.
The Conning book comes with an index number for the Halpern entry with each Conning entry but no reverse index of the Hapern to itself. This is what I am building.
In some cases the Conning kanji is not in the Kodansha Kanji Learner's Dictionary, such as Conning #14. For these I have entered a default of 0000 at this time. I may later add a short list mapping these to the full Kodansha reference dictionary.
