Calculating jlpt score??

Does anyone know how to calculate the percentage you get from the grammar section??
I followed the formula on the pdf's and i just dont get it :(
Can anyone help?
I don't see where the 200 points come from....it added up to 131 possible points :S
so confused....

just calculate your % of right answers :) that's all I do.

ah okay....
so 35 divided by 47 x 100 = 74%
I think that's right lol, math's not my strong point and evidently neither is japanese grammar lol :?

Hey, well 74% is well above the ~60% pass rate :)
so far so good!

At least I won't have to look at particles or verb conjugation for a while after sunday!

The sections are weighted differently so you can't just simply say that 35/47. I think it's been

I,II,III 2
IV 3
V, VI 4

For a while now and usually works out to XXX/112. So the fill in the blank and the story questions at the end are important.

Guess it's a little late replying to this. :?

In general:
Goi/Moji = 1pt for sections I-IV, 2pts thereafter.
Section one score: (your points/max points)*100.

Choukai = 1pt each.
Section two score: (your points/max points)*100

Dokkai = Reading questions 5 pts, grammar questions 2pts.
Section three score: (your points/max points)*200

Passing for grades II-IV 240/400=60%
Passing for gradeI 280/400=70%

Such is my understanding.
