I'm a bit stuck on this as well.
I think you get an email with a coupon for a free ebook from innovativelanguage.com, but I think I might have used mine on an audio course already. Not sure though, I'd need someone to confirm this.

In the "Welcome to the Ultimate Getting Started Package!" email, there's a link to the store ("Click here to visit our store and get your free product! - Enter coupon code UGS at checkout."), this confused me as well in the beginning since the initial store page has no ebooks in it.

Or, on the left side you have the "shop by language" category, there you can see all japanese resources in the store :)
