Flashcard and listening mode

Good morning,

I was wondering why words I find in the Japanese dictionary have a sound file linked to them so that we can hear the pronunciation, but when I add these words to my flashcard desks, they only offer reading recognition (Eng-->Jap or Jap-->Eng).

Can it be fixed? It's nice to practice reading but I would like also to practice my listening recognition.
