Part of the intro offer was this 7 day course, however I'm unable to find more information about that on the site. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

I guess it's called that because, when you sign up for the lifetime free membership, you get access to just about everything this website has to offer. After that, you can only access the first few episodes of each season. If you click on the upgrade link on the home page, it'll show the differences between the free, basic, and premium memberships (as far as what you'll have access to and how much the basic and premium memberships are.)
