Tequila プレゼント

Postby aldo » July 10th, 2008 5:42 am

HI!! this is my first post!
Next year I'm going to visit a japanese friend, of course in Japan.

I want to give her a gift. Also I want to buy a gift for her family . At this moment , She has a boyfriend, so I don't want to cause any kind of problems.
It's ok if I give her a silver bracelet? and for her family, a good Tequila bottle?

what do you think? I don't know her family personally, so I don't know if is correct to do that in Japan.

What do you think??

Thanks!!!

Like most gals, whether or not you want to give her jewelry depends on how well you know her. I personally wouldn't give a bracelet to any girl I wasn't in a relationship with unless maybe she were a relative.
As for the tequila, why not ask her if her family drinks? If they don't drink, then it might not be the best gift. But if tequila is big where you're from and they like alcohol, then that would be a nice gift I think.
