Weird ipod problem (its about Japanesepod)

Postby MexicanHat » May 22nd, 2007 10:25 pm

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has the same problem. Recently some files for some reason stop after 3mins of listening and reset back to the start.

The files are Beginner Lesson 109 - Have you been to Morioka
Intermediate 10 - A call to the cavlary.

Is this a sign the ipod is dying?

I would try re-downloading the episodes and trying again. I just listened to both episodes online and on my MP3 Player (Creative Zen Vision: M. Great audio and video player. I highly recommend picking one up if your iPod is actually dying) and had no problems with either track on either my player or online.

I hope it's not your iPod dying. That would suck.

Good luck.

Here's a link to the Creative Zen Vision: M if you are interested,

MexicanHat,

Have you tried rebooting the iPod? Just hold down the center button and menu button at the same time. This will usually clear out any weird things going on.

I've not had any problems with the files you've mentioned on my video iPod.
