I need pictures of the whole Jpod101 staff please

I am a caricature artist and want to do a large caricature of the entire staff at Japanesepod.101.

The pictures I see on the site are a little small.

If you can't get all of the pictures then Peter, Natsuko, Sakura and Chigusa are fine since they are shown on the hosts page.
