Can't read any non-english characters!

Hey guys, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this or not, but whenever someone types something in Kanji, or any of the other written languages, I just see question marks in their place. How do I fix this?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this or not, but whenever someone types something in Kanji, or any of the other written languages, I just see question marks in their place. How do I fix this?

Install Japanese language support as is mentioned elsewhere on the forum, and make sure your browser is set to auto-detect all possible encodings, not just Western ones.
