We're sorry for the inconvenience. The issue would happen if your subscription level is changed. If your free trial is expired, for example, it will keep asking you to enter the password as your account is not allowed to download any premium materials. But if you still have the basic or premium membership, could you send us an email at so that we can take a look at the issue closely?
