Cancelling subscription

Hi,

I emailed Jpod101 on cancelling my subscription within 2 months, and it has been a few days after that. I was wondering if the email got lost. I know I had to cancel my credit card a few days ago too, so I don't know if that hindered the refund process. But I would like to get some response soon.
