Basic Feed has No Episodes

I followed all the instructions to set up the basic feed on this page

I used the feed link:

http://www.japanesepod101.com/basic_feed/feed.xml

and it tells me that there are no episodes...

I've emailed the support team. They sent me a screen cast picture of iTunes with a big green arrow pointing to the reload button..

I pushed the reload button. Still no luck.

So, no help so far and it still doesn't work.

Hi brendanarthurring9598,

Could you please wait a little so little bit for the feed to load? As we have quite a big content, it may take a couple of minutes to load.

Also, the feed seems to be up and down lately. If that still doesn't work, could you please try some other time?
