M4V???

Postby seanolan » September 21st, 2006 5:03 am

Quicktime will play this format; why can't I convince my iPod that it is not just an audio file? I have the latest iTunes and v1.2 iPod software (most recent) so what's wrong and why can't I play the M4V video files?

Dunno... I have the same set-up as you. 5th gen iPod w. firmware version 1.2, iTunes 7.0.

Works fine for me.

Seems to have worked, thanks, although I wonder why a format designed for Mac doesn't work on my iPod? Does anyone else have problems with this?
