Hi petiteclaire-san,

Unfortunately the iPod only allows for 1000 notes to be stored. If that number is exceeded, some of the files will not show up on the iPod. I don't know of a workaround for this limitation. If you find one, definitely let us know!

Regards,

And how many lessons represent 1000 notes?

What kind of ipod do you have? I have a first generation 4GB Nano and it works fine on it.

type of ipod

Postby Alain » November 19th, 2006 8:31 am

I have none.
I actually try to understand which to choose only forjapanesepod, because I already have a pocketpc with Jwpce and Edict, so I will use it only for ilearning.
My question with the 4Go nano was if the screen is large enough to read easily, but if you use it, I got my answer.
Then I saw the 1000 notes limitation, and I asked how many lessons you can download to a 4Go nano before you reach this 1000 notes?

Hi
not too sure if I've missed out anything? I have downloaded the 2 zip files, notes and audio, then drag the note folder into the notes directory, the audio folder into the ipod icon in iTunes. What else do I need to do? how to see line by line? tks.
