Can't pay per paypal?

Hi, I am from europe, and transfered 30€ to my paypal account:

I wanted to buy a one month premium account for 25$, but when I try to pay with my paypal-money, it requests me to register a credit card, wich I don't have.
Any suggestions how I could solve this problem?

Thank you for writing to us. Are you from Germany by any chance? We have experienced this problem with people from Germany. And we had no similar feedback from people from Austria or Switzerland . It looks like a specific German regulation. Please be informed that we are working on the issue, and hope to get it resolved soon.

For a moment can you try transferring the amount directly first to your PayPal and then try again the purchase?
Please let us know if that solved the issue.

i want to upgrade my acount to basic..
but when i pay 8$ for 1 month paypal says there is a limitation..

first i think there is no enough money for 8$ ..
after i check it,.. there was extra money..


please.. japanesepod help how to pay 1 month...

Thank you for your message. It looked like your account was not active and I just activated it for you. That may have caused a problem.

Please kindly try the following:
1) Log in with your details (I have sent them to you via e-mail)
2) Hit Upgrade Now
3) Choose Basic
4) Choose PayPal as payment option and hit one month.
