iTunes won't accept my password

Hello,

I've just had to move my iTunes library, and some setting must've gotten lost... I have a Basic subscription, and used to get the automatic downloads, but my password is not being accepted now and I repeatedly get the following window asking for it:

Connect to www.japanesepod101.com

The server www.japanesepod101.com at JapanesePod101.com Basic Feed - Requires an Basic Subscription! requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem :? Can I have you e-mail the customer service team at and ask them your question? There they can check out your account to see if there are any problems.

Another password not accepted in itunes

Hi all, i'm a new premium member, and trying to set up 'my feeds'. itunes won't accept either my password or user name. can you tell me what the "name" is that is asked for? i've now tried to change my password a few times as well. can this information be sent to me? i've also written an email to support. thank you kindly, Kurt Koegel
