Sony Reader won't display PDFs

I've just purchased a Sony ebook Reader PRS-650 (in Australia) and It won't display the JapanesePod101 PDFs. All I get are the Title page and a few lines, no Roman characters or kana. Other PDFs are fine. Any ideas or solutions to this please?

Hello Jayne,
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the Sony eBook Reader, but have you tried viewing the Lesson Note Lite PDF versions on it? Some people who have trouble opening the regular versions have luck with the Lite version. In the meantime, I'll ask the tech team about your question.

The Lite notes work! Thanks, now I just have to redownload .
