Problems with creating a new "My Feed"

I'm trying to set up a new "My Feed" (for the new series of JLPT), but as I click on several of the available course options, the xml Feed address is not being automatically generated in the iTunes-xml-address box.
(I hope that I'm not the *only* guy with this problem ... ).

Many thanks for your answer.
You were absolutely correct.

I stupidly expected "something" to happen after completing Steps 1 and 3 ( - *what* was I *thinking* ? ...).

(I've only been with JapanesePod101 for a week, ... so please excuse my stupidity *this* time).
