... and it's broken again. It's becoming quite a hindrance, as the feature was helping me progress like crazy. I can't really go through a lesson without getting the kanji down now, so I'm kind of stuck until it's fixed.

The tech team has told me that they are in the middle of investigating the problem, so it may be working on and off until they have a solution I apologize for the inconvenience! Hopefully they will have it back up and running soon.

Apologies for the problems with the stroke order feature. It very much is a beta service (and not even listed as a premium feature of the site), and we've unfortunately had trouble keeping it up and running. We've mostly been unable to spend some quality time looking into it due to the launch of our 5 new language sites.

But, you're not looking for an excuse - you're looking for a fix. Good news, it's scheduled to be fully reviewed very soon. It will be operational again shortly, and will be tested over the next couple weeks. Thanks for your patience,
