i paid for the subscription, why is my acc disabled

i paid for basic subscription on saturday and received the subscription confirmation by email but my account was disabled and i cant access the pdfs

i sent 2 emails on saturday to and 1 email today but have yet to receive a response!!!

can you guys kindly assist me in this matter.

Subscription issues like these are best dealt with through the contactus address - It sometimes takes a few days before they can get back to you (that and they probably got your e-mail over the weekend), but I'll check to make sure they got it just in case.
