Premium Membership messed up

Why is there no phone number for this company?

I upgraded to premium and it signed me up for 12/01/2012 to 1/30/2013. This really sucks because I was hoping to look at some new stuff today with my premium subscription. Now I have to wait for an e-mail to get this corrected when it would be easier to just talk to someone and have them fix it.
