lessons in iTunes won't sync to iPod

Hi, sorry if this has been covered before but I can't find it in the forum...

My iTunes is full of downloaded podcasts, and I can listen to them on the computer, but in the last few months they have stopped going into my iPod when I sync it. It used to work fine, so I'm wondering if there's some setting I've inadvertantly changed somewhere.

Thanks for any help! I really miss being able to listen on my iPod!

Try updating your podcast, as well as Refreshing the page. I haven't heard this reported elsewhere, so I'd ask you to try and remember if you began doing anything differently or if something changed with your iPod or iTunes. Please email me at

Thanks very much for the quick reply Steve, I'll try updating my podcast... though I'm not sure exactly what this means or how to do it, so I may have to come back and ask if it's not straightforward.
