Avatars on the forum.

I just wanted to know if there will be the ability to add avatars to our profiles preferbly sizes 150x150 because i really want to use this Avy of Aya Ueto below. Also it doesnt really feel right not having an Avatar on a forum. thanks....

150 is a little big. If it does happen, I'd prefer a limit of about 100 or 120.

Big signatures and avatars are distracting. Why not put more focus into expressing yourself through 日本語?

100x100 is way too small, i dont think big Avys (150x150) are distracting. maybe your just easily distracted. thats the size i have it on my forum and its looks great, plus i created a whole load of Avys for people to use on there and i thought that i could share them here but they are all 150x150.

btw what did u write in Japanese? I cant read it.

「日本語」means "Japanese language."

oh ok nihongo hehehe.

no its a forum for people to hang out but mainly to get HQ and UHQ pictures of their favuorite celebs to do with as they please. i use them to make graphics mainly, unless they are of Alicia Keys which i use as slide shows on my comp hehehe. There ar loads of other sections aswell so its a plce for everyone. It is also sort of a graphics forum with resources, help sections and a place to show off their work.

one other thing how are you able to write in kana and kanji like that?

There is a thread about how to write kana and kanji on your computer, but I can tell you that you go to the controllpanel -> languages (and something like that) -> and then you install east asian fonts. You need to have a Windows CD though.

^^^thats why too small. please nothing that tiny i guess 100x100 or 120x120 would be fine, but i would prefer 150x150.

Avatars would be ok, but the banners are kinda distracting.

I agree with Charles, avatars are distracting. I've been to other sites, and people have even animated theirs. I think they should be limited to those social websites, that cater to different avatars, songs, etc.

This forum should be left the way it is, by everyone sharing their thoughts and ideas.
