Persistent Login?

Any way to make the login persistent rather than tied to the session? Gets tiresome having to re-login every time I visit.

Tech info: Win XP sp2, Firefox 1.5.0.2, cookies on.

Yes, I am currently working on "cookie-based" login that stores your username/password. Give me a few days and I should have a "Remember Me" setting. In the meantime, sorry about the inconvenience of having to re-log back in every time you have a new session.

hello! what about this "login remember" option? did it turn out difficult to implement?
it would also be useful to have an overview of the completed lessons, so that you can quickly select your next lesson.

PLEASE!!! ...implement soon this feature, I (like many users) access JapanesePod101 in a daily basis, it is too boring to connect EVERY SINGLE DAY, the session could remember the login for a longer period of time.

I look forward to this feature live soon.

We definitely didn't forget about this feature... In fact, we started working on it, but had to put it aside for more pressing matters. Hope to revisit it real soon and to have the functionality in place as I know it will be a convenience.

Any new progress on this? I seem to be having the site log me out, even in the same session after extended periods. (I access the forum from work, sometimes work keeps me from checking it for a few hours) When I come back to that window, try to do anything, I find I have been logged out. This happens both on an apple mac, running Mozilla on OSX, and on my workstation with IE 6 on Windows XP Pro. I also notice this at home on my desktop (Konqueror on Kubuntu) and my laptop (Mozilla 2 on Win XP Home).
