Do you mean blogs about Japanese cooking in English, or blogs about cooking in Japanese? This is one of the more popular ones that fits into the latter category:

Mmm! The pictures make me so hunnngrryy!

I have a certain blog in mind that I am trying to find. It was woman who reviewed Japanese snack foods. She also had another blog, more about her personal life. I think she measured the tastiness of the food in wasabi peas.

But all of these blogs are really good as well! Thanks for the replies!
