You can't put も right next to を, right?

Then, how would you say "(They) are waiting for you too", knowing that "I am waiting for you" is "あなたを待っている"?

Firstly Japanese speakers hardly use anata and they keep using people’s name instead so I don’t recommend you to say anata who you know the names.
Secondly regarding the question,
You can say “彼らは(Nameさん)も待っている”.
