I know my firstname in nihongo: patorikku
but how do I say my lastname "rohrer"?

I begun to study the Hiragana with your Kana Recognition Practice. I realy love it, expecially the sound, but its a litle bit unpractically to type in the romaji by hand. I found this kana trainer, which allows to simply klick the romaji. But there is no sound And there are missing the kana pa ba da za ga aso. and the rya mya pya aso.. Are they somehow special?

And a litle queston to the Hepburn romaji: why is ふ transkripted as "fu"?

I'm not sure what the correct pronunciation is, but I'll guess "rooreru."

And there are missing the kana pa ba da za ga aso. and the rya mya pya aso.. Are they somehow special?

I don't know what "aso" is, but as for the others, they are voiced versions of other kana, marked with two dashes (called ten-ten or dakuten).
pa = ぱ/パ (ha with a circle)
ba = ば/バ (ha with dakuten)
da = だ/ダ (ta with dakuten)
za = ざ/ザ (sa with dakuten)

And a litle queston to the Hepburn romaji: why is ふ transkripted as "fu"?

Because the actual sound is somewhere between "fu" and "hu." Like saying a breathy "who" but a little shorter.

PPS: Watashi wa "Switzerland"-jin desu. how do I say this right?

watashi wa suisu-jin desu.

Like "ch" and "tch," "tio" and "sho," etc. in English, they sound the same sometimes, but you use them according to the spelling of the words.

Are there other special kanas?

Yes: がんばって, for example, is ganbatte. Other than the small や, ゆ, and よ you listed above, the first five sounds (ア, イ, ウ, エ, オ) are used in katakana words to mimic the foreign pronunciation.

From what I hear ただいま isn't strictly correct in this situation, but everyone (even Japanese) use it anyway. All of your handwriting is clearly readable, but since you said to be strict, so here I go:

--The top stroke in the first few う's on the top row are a bit long and curved. The 4th one in from the left is more the proportion you're looking for.
--The left stroke in い is too straight.
--や the short top stroke should be a line parallel to the long one.
--As a note, your ふ looks a little different from what I'm used to seeing, but I think it's kinda cool looking.

I think you might be worrying too much, because again all of it is clear and easy to read.
