standar counter?

well i have a doubt about the standar counter: hitotsu, futatsu, mittsu... tō well that's the easy part for me but, what happen when I want to cout 11? juu hitotsu? 20? ni tō? what happen after de 10? I hope you can helpe me, onegai shimasu, arigatou!

If I good remember, when counting people, exception is only 1 and 2 after is usually numbers , you can see this page

The traditional numbers don't go past 10, generally. If you need to count beyond that and don't have a more specific counter to use, you just use the regular old number, for example, juuichi.

The only other traditional number you're likely to see is hatachi, meaning '20', and usually only coming up for the age (20 years old).
