Advanced Books for Learning Japanese in German

Postby salivia_baker » May 11th, 2010 7:30 pm

My English is good enough to learn Japanese with Jpod (obviously) but I think at some points it does help to have Japanese translated into my native language. I am a native German speaker. And I do like to have at least some resources for Japanese in German.

I do have some books but those are for beginners and I couldn't find many for intermediate or advanced students. I could only find "Igelfisch macht kugelrund. Japanische Grammatik: Ein Leitfaden für Fortgeschrittene und Lehrende" by Horst Arnold-Kanamori but the reviews I read weren't all that good.

My question is: Do you know of any books in German for intermediate/advanced learning of Japanese?

A list of books I have so far for my studies
Das große Anime Lösungsbuch by Martin Clauß and Maho Watanabe-Clauß
Japanisch Schreiben üben! (Pons)
Powekurs für Anfänger Japanisch (Pons)
Grammatik kurz & bündig Japanisch (Pons)
Kanji und Kana 1 (Langenscheidt)

I am pretty satisfied with my collection of books at the moment, but I want some sort of "workbook" for when I am finished with the Powerkurs book. But Pons doesn't have one for intermediate.

Also additional question: is there another good dictionary except Langanscheidt Großwörterbuch (Zeichenwörterbuch) for ~120€?
