I was asking my friend what ねん meant, but she couldn't answer, and instead gave me a link to Kansai Dialect. It's a site made by a Japanese teacher that seems to cover most of what you need to know about the dialect. The cool thing is that it has videos and sound samples performed by native speakers. Seems like a great resource for something that's free.
