I found this site called LearnJapanese Pod.

The lessons are quite useful and come with a free PDF that contains sentence examples. The link I gave is the easiest way to get to the podcast but there is also a whole site with articles on learning Japanese along with a video every now and then as well as interviews with some interesting folks.
